I've seen the reviews on Destroy The Destroyer, and the game has gotten critical praise. One person even stated it was the best game of the year. I'm so glad that this game was a huge improvement over my other games. But what made the game so good. Tell me in the comments what made it so good.

Alright, so far I noticed that the destroyer in the game was a bit expressionless so I added some expression when he gets burned, shocked, or angry. In addition, I fixed the projectile trajectories. They used to be in controlled spaces to avoid hyperspeed but with this new projectile trajectory system, although not realistic, it still controls fine.

Well after careful bug testing, I finally have my first enemy into the game. Every time you kill an enemy, you get 1 piece of health back.

I took into consideration and I have released a new prototype of Matthew's quest with new features.

New Features: Power Meter

Burning objects (the microwave was there for testing purposes)

Bouncy objects: You can perform double jumps.

So Brain-Washed said that automatic screen transition needed to be added. The problem was I was having trouble trying to get the room to advance without it glitching. Until I tried a simple bug fix I learned in middle school.

using a variable called level, I can easily produce automatic screen transition.

As for the new prototype, It won't be released until sometime this Friday, because I'm going to update the level design of Matthew's house.

The prototype is nothing fancy and is just meant to emphasize the core gameplay as inspired of Extra redit's minimal viable product status. Don't worry, the game will continue to grow.

Finished rigging the character model and started work on the level design for the beta test. I Might release the first test demo sometime from tonight to tomorrow afternoon, but it's only a prototype, so it's gonna be very minimal focusing on the main gameplay itself. As the game gets bigger, I will update the demo to the game until I release the full version.
